- You will share your profile and chosen documents for one case, and be able to withdraw access at any time.
- Fees and refund terms will be agreed in a written agreement before any work starts.
How we will keep information accurate
Immigration rules change often. Every route and guide on the site today is a draft pending review. Before content is marked Verified, it will need evidence and two human approvals.
Official sources only
We will watch government and regulator websites such as gov.uk, canada.ca, make-it-in-germany.com and beoe.gov.pk.
Change detection
When an official page changes, a dated snapshot will be compared with the last one.
Evidence-checked drafts
Any proposed rule change will have to quote the official text word for word. Quotes that can't be matched will be rejected automatically.
Two-person sign-off
An editor will prepare each change and a different compliance reviewer will sign it off. Big changes will need a third reviewer.
Freshness dates
Every reviewed route will show when it was last checked. If a review is overdue, we will tell you to verify with the official source.
