About these terms
These terms explain the rules for using our website and, once they open, our apps. By using the service you agree to them. This is a draft and will be replaced with reviewed terms before launch.
What the service is
We provide general information about immigration routes from Pakistan. The service is in early access: the tools to organise your documents and application, and Verified consultants (a directory of professionals whose licence has been checked), are being built and are not open yet.
We are not a law firm, an immigration consultancy or a government body. Nothing on the service is legal or immigration advice, and nothing on the service promises any outcome.
Your account
Accounts are not open yet. When they open, you will be responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the information you provide. Please keep your profile accurate, because screening results will depend on it.
Professionals on the platform
When Verified consultants opens, the consultants and agencies listed on it will be independent businesses. Any agreement you make with them, including fees, will be between you and them. We will check their licences against public registers, but we will not supervise the advice they give.
Acceptable use
Do not upload documents that are not yours or that you are not allowed to share, try to access other people’s data, or use the service to commit fraud.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will tell you about significant changes. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
