Our position
No platform, agent, consultant or lawyer can promise that a visa will be granted. Decisions are made only by the immigration authorities of the country you apply to.
What we will never do
We will never tell you that a visa is certain, quote a success rate as a promise, or suggest that paying more improves your chances with a government.
Rules for professionals on the platform
When Verified consultants opens, the consultants and agencies listed on it must not advertise promised outcomes. Their listings and messages will be checked for this, and breaches can lead to suspension.
What to do if someone promises a result
Treat it as a warning sign. Ask for their licence number and check it with the relevant regulator: the Immigration Advice Authority (UK), the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (Canada) or the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (overseas jobs from Pakistan).
