Waitlist privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you give when you join the Pardes Path waitlist.
What we collect. Your email address or WhatsApp number, whether you are an applicant or a consultant, the regions you are interested in, your preferred language, the date you joined and where you found us.
Why we use them. Only to tell you when Pardes Path opens and to invite you to early access. We do not send you marketing from other companies. We never sell your details or share them with anyone for their own use; the services that store them and send our messages act only on our instructions.
Lawful basis. Your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist. We record which version of this notice you saw and when. You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing.
How long we keep them. Until Pardes Path launches and for 12 months after that, then we delete them. If you unsubscribe sooner, we stop contacting you and keep only your email address or number and the date you unsubscribed, so that we never contact you again by mistake.
How to unsubscribe. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or email us at the address on our website.
