Summary
Your documents and profile belong to you. During early access we collect very little: accounts are not open, and the contact form on this website is not connected, so it sends nothing. If you join the waitlist, we keep only what the waitlist privacy notice describes. This is a draft pending legal review.
What we collect today
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your name, number or address and whatever you write. The website keeps basic server and security logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the service safe. Please do not send us documents.
If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address or WhatsApp number, whether you are an applicant or a consultant, the regions and language you chose, the date you joined and where you found us, together with the version of the waitlist privacy notice you agreed to. We use them only to tell you when we open and to invite you to early access, and you can unsubscribe at any time. The waitlist privacy notice, linked from the form, explains how long we keep them.
What we will collect when accounts open
Account details (name, email address, mobile number), the profile you build for screening (education, work history, language tests, funds, travel history), documents you upload to your vault, consents you give, and technical data such as IP address and device information used for security.
How we will use it
To run your account, to show which routes you may be eligible for, to build your checklist, to flag possible document problems for you to review, to connect you with a professional when you ask us to, to prevent fraud, and to meet legal obligations.
Service providers and AI
We use service providers for hosting, storage and messaging, such as email and WhatsApp, under contracts that require them to protect your data.
Some planned features use AI models that we host or that run under contract. Sensitive documents will be processed only by models hosted by us or our contracted infrastructure, never by public AI services, and your documents will not be used to train AI models.
Sharing
We never sell your personal data. Once accounts open, a professional will see your profile or documents only after you grant access to a specific case, and only the documents you choose. You will be able to withdraw access at any time, and every view of your documents will be logged.
Security and retention
Documents in the vault will be encrypted with a key unique to each file. If you delete your account, your data will be kept for a 30 day grace period, during which you can change your mind, and then erased, except records we must keep by law, such as consent and audit records.
Your choices
Once accounts open, you will be able to download a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw consents and delete your account from your privacy settings. You can send any privacy request through the contact page today.
