Germany student visa from Pakistan

To study in Germany you need admission to a programme (a Zulassungsbescheid or conditional admission), proof of funds, usually a blocked account, health insurance, and the language certificate your programme asks for. You apply for the national visa through the Consular Services Portal and attend an appointment at the German mission in Pakistan. The main fee is €75 (about PKR 23,300).

Does Germany accept an apostille on Pakistani documents?

No. Germany objected to Pakistan joining the Apostille Convention, so Pakistani apostilles are not accepted, and the German missions in Pakistan do not legalise Pakistani documents. Degrees need HEC attestation plus proof of recognition; matric and intermediate certificates should be board-verified and IBCC-attested.
